Final Masthead Designs
These are my two final masthead designs.
Initially I chose the name Overcharged, but that title could connote that the magazine is over priced for what it's worth, which could of been off putting for some buyers.
So I decided to call one of my final masthead ideas Supercharged which still sounds really good, and goes with the electronic music theme, it also makes the magazine sounds strong and powerful as that's what you think of when you hear the word supercharged, and this again links with electronic music.
My second masthead design also links heavily with electronic music, as surges can be linked with electricity, and by adding 'The' on the front makes it sound like it's the only one, like it's unique.
Overall I think I'm going to go for the first masthead 'Supercharged' as it just sounds better and suits what I want my magazine to be like.
