Audience Research Analysed

My audience research shows that the most popular features and the ones that I will display on my front cover are:
1) Films (mainly comedy)
2) Shopping
3) Career ideas
4) Things to do for youths (social activities)
5) Music articles (mainly rock/pop punk)

Rule of Thirds

 In the rule of thirds, photos are divided into thirds with two imaginary lines horizontally and two lines vertically making three rows, three columns, and nine sections in the images. The most important things (usually the subject of the photo) in the image go on or close to the imaginary intersecting lines.

Where you put the subject in the picture (to the left or right etc) is where the viewer of the picture will look, and this helps draw the viewer in.
